21-Day Happiness Project Toolkit
The 21-Day Happiness Project is a three-week intensive study on your joy. Participants start with a guided brainstorm on what brings them joy and then use the toolkit as a roadmap to implementing at least one free or low-cost task that makes them happy each day. The weekly reflection prompts provide support on the journey towards self-discovery and wellness.
After suffering a hysterectomy at only 34 and receiving a breast cancer diagnosis just a year later, Tashira's explicit focus on joy saved her life. She created the 21-Day Happiness Project to share her struggles and motivate others to heal. Along the way, she's found that happiness is more than just a positive mood, it's a state of wellbeing.
